Jenn Farrington is an advertising, editorial and documentary photographer with over 12 years of experience in the photography / production industry. After receiving her Bachelor of Fine Art from Cornell University, she studied documentary photography in Prague with world-renowned photographers and learned travel photography from award-winning National Geographic photographers in New Mexico.
In 2003, she traveled throughout rural Thailand to document poverty alleviation and AIDS prevention with the Thai NGO Population and Community Development Association. Since 2006, Farrington’s photography of foster children for the Bay Area Heart Gallery has lead to three successful adoptions.
Latest international photo travels include Egypt, Israel, the UK, Canada, Mexico, the Netherlands, Thailand and the Czech Republic. Farrington’s tequila photos from Jalisco will be featured in Tequila: A Guide to Types, Flights, Cocktails and Bites by Joanne Weir / Ten Speed Press (2009).
